Moon mediations are offered on the new and full moon throughout the month. The teaching staff rotates to offer students a variation of meditation styles. This class is perfect for anyone on any physical level. There might be movement, journaling, music, quiet meditation the styles will vary. Class dates vary depending on the date of the full and new moon, but the time remains the same 5-5:45pm. $10 to drop in or unlimited members come for free.

Restorative and Thai Workshop $35 per classPurchase required to enroll

This workshop is an introduction to Thai Massage and Restorative Yoga. These gentle, low impact modalities help us transition out of our sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, or freeze) and into our parasympathetic system (rest and digest).

THAI MASSAGE is a technique that provides passive, assisted stretching to improve flexibility and mobility.

RESTORATIVE YOGA is a gentle yoga practice using props (such as blocks, blankets, pillows, bolsters, straps, etc.) to hold yoga postures for an extended period of time in order to soften muscles and connective tissues slowly and gently.


Naomi will guide you through a 2-hour restorative yoga class and provide gentle massage and assisted stretching throughout the class. Aromatherapy will be incorporated throughout the class. During an extended Savasana (30 minutes), Naomi will offer Thai Massage.

If you’re in need of quality self care, this workshop is for you!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in so we can start promptly on time. We lock the studio door when class starts.


Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear loose comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Bring a yoga mat and any props that you want. However, we have extra yoga mats and plenty of props for each person.


This class is suitable for yoga students of all levels, yoga teachers, massage therapists, and anyone else in need of quality self-care.

While we do offer the option for massage and aromatherapy in this class, you can opt out of the massage and/or aromatherapy portion at any time and still benefit from the restorative yoga portion. We will provide an informed consent prior to class.

This workshop does NOT offer CEUs for LMTs, nor does it teach you how to practice Thai massage. The purpose of this workshop is solely for receiving restorative yoga and Thai massage.

Naomi Bourassa is a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 41568) since 2004, Yoga Instructor (200-HR) since 2010, and she has a Master’s in Social Work. Her pronouns are she/her/hers.

Naomi specializes in Thai Massage and Myofascial Release. She teaches Wall yoga and focuses on the basics for beginners. Naomi strives to offer yoga that is inclusive, accessible, and trauma-informed.

As a social worker, Naomi has worked with youth experiencing homelessness, youth who have been sexually exploited or trafficked, and youth who are in the LGBTQ+ community.

To fully benefit from this workshop please dress in loose comfortable clothing. For acupuncture access to the neck, legs and arms is preferred. If you would like to bring your own mat, props such as blanket, pillow or bolster for the Yin portion of the workshops feel free to do so.

Props are for every body! In this workshop, you will learn the purpose and uses of yoga blocks for home and class purposes. We will practice using the blocks for reach, strength building, and restoration. You will walk away confidently knowing how and when to use blocks specifically for your own use. This workshop is meant for any yoga practitioner who wants to learn more about blocks and how they can benefit your practice. Beginners are welcome!

Teacher’s Bio: Melissa is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and has been teaching since February 2018. With each class and workshop, Melissa strives to provide her students with a challenging yet relaxing practice to invigorate the spirit and soothe the mind.

This is a two hour Restorative practice to invoke a deep sense of inner clarity & peace. Journey to your own inner oasis through carefully curated scents and sounds. Samantha Santiago will be your yoga guide throughout the practice. You will experience gentle movement, breathing meditation and visualization intentionally aligned with sounds chosen for their healing frequencies. The yoga practice will be paired with gentle Aromatherapy massage techniques by Danielle Sampson, LMT using DoTERRA Essential Oils.
